Its size allows it to join 2.5-inch outer diameter (OD) pipe to 2.5-inch inner diameter (ID) pipe with a strap width of 2.94 inches (74.82mm). The clamp is made of 304 stainless steel band zinc-plated M10 bolt and nut steel gasket and aluminum alloy I-block ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The band clamps distribute the force evenly providing a seal and preventing material deformation. The no-welding design allows for easy installation and removal with a recommended torque of 63 N·m.
