To confirm the right size and fit there should be approximately one finger width between the heel and the back of the hoof. The heel should move freely from top to bottom when walking (like an open clog on the back). Relax your feet and resist the urge to curl your toes. Both clogs are upright on both feet with the same weight. The arch of the hoof should be under the arch of the foot and you should not feel the back of the shoe on the heel or toes touching the front of the hoof. Most people have two feet of different sizes. Be sure to try both clogs and fit the larger foot.
