Featuring medium-depth knurling a 28mm handgrip diameter and rotating sleeves with bushings this bar offers a secure non-slip grip and reduces pressure on the wrists and forearms when going heavy. The sleeves measure 11.5-inches in length providing ample room to fit your Olympic weights with a 2-inch center hole on the bar. The shaft of this bar measures 45.75-inches between the sleeves (so be sure to measure your equipment to ensure the bar will fit prior to purchasing).
