Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Sun & Shade Mix® is designed for full sun and dense shade and has medium drought resistance with medium to high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55°F and 70°F or air temperatures are between 60°F and 80°F.
