Pure Japanese matcha is a prized product with Japan accounting for only 7% of the global green tea supply of which 95% is consumed domestically. Only 5% of that limited supply is exported to other countries. But we were determined to bring authentic Japanese matcha to the international market. So we worked with a network of Japanese tea estates and producers to create blends of matcha for different uses and palates. Our goal is to make authentic Japanese matcha accessible to everyone.
